At Nourished Skin & Body Studio, we want every client to feel relaxed, cared for, and fully supported during their visit. To ensure you receive the best possible experience and the full length of your scheduled service, we kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

New clients will be asked to complete a brief intake form before their service. This allows us to better understand your skin, body, wellness goals, and any concerns so we can customize your treatment experience.

If you have any questions, concerns, sensitivities, or health conditions we should be aware of, please let us know prior to your appointment. Our goal is to create a comfortable, personalized experience tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Nourished Skin & Body Studio respectfully requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 

Appointments canceled, changed, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy allows us to honor the time reserved specifically for you and accommodate other clients needing appointments.
